Successfully met the unique challenges of serving highly technical internal stakeholders, delivering solutions that enhanced productivity and streamlined development processes to maximize business value. 

Successfully developed and delivered an automated security compliance solution for a critical project focused on recertifying medical devices for military-grade applications reporting to the U.S Department of Defence, mitigating potential risks and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This involved overcoming complex technical challenges related to secure data management, real-time device monitoring, and vulnerability reporting within a dynamic cloud environment.

To ensure efficient security assessments, I successfully managed the dynamic provisioning and de-provisioning of thousands of virtual machines. Furthermore, I skillfully navigated high-stakes discussions with stakeholders who had heightened sensitivities due to the project's implications. Effectively managing expectations and concerns ensured project success and client satisfaction. 

I spearheaded initiatives that significantly improved development efficiency. This included leading the development and implementation of CI/CD pipelines for embedded systems, enabling automated unit testing on real hardware, and automated artifact lifecycle. Additionally, I successfully deployed field force automation solutions using chatbots, empowering field agents to seamlessly collect data during IoT node installations, which optimized operational workflows and enhanced data collection accuracy.

To further drive business growth, I played a key role in securing new business by participating in successful sales pitches to C-level executives at CFE, latin america's largest utility company, showcasing the value and technical capabilities of the company's solutions. These efforts collectively resulted in increased revenue and market share for the company.
